Onerity is operated by Jbeb Peri, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713-4305, United States. Jbeb Peri, LLC is the controller of the personal data described here.

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name and work email address you enter, and the free-text details you choose to give us about how many clients you run and what is not working today. Nothing in that form is required beyond a name and an address we can reply to.

When you write to us directly, we hold the contents of that correspondence for as long as it takes to have the conversation and to keep a record of what was agreed.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp — as a necessary part of serving pages and protecting the service from abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run third-party analytics. There is no tracking pixel on this site, no session recording, and no advertising network receives anything about your visit.

To reply to your demo request and to work out whether the product fits how your team actually works. Where consent is the applicable basis, submitting the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.

To operate and secure the website itself. Where legitimate interests is the applicable basis, the interest is running a website that stays available and is not abused.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

Demo requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and no more than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.

Server request logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule, which is short and measured in days, not years.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and serves it from its global network, which means it processes the technical request data described above. Cloudflare also operates the email routing that delivers messages sent to our onerity.net address into our mailbox.

These providers act on our instructions for the purpose of running the service. We do not add processors for analytics, advertising or profiling, because we do not do any of those things here.

We are a United States entity and our providers operate globally, so personal data you send us may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Where a transfer mechanism is required for data originating in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to geoffroy@onerity.net and we will respond within one month. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing, to ask us to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable form, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Exercising any of these rights will never affect how we treat you.

The site is served over HTTPS only. The demo form posts to our own endpoint rather than to a third party. Access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, which today is a very small number of people.

This is a business product and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be described rather than folded in silently.
